What's "special" about Faith Church? |
- Faith is a "church family" that's demographically balanced by age,
multi-generational, and is becoming ethnically diverse in membership,
as it ministers within its community.

- Worship is "the central thing we do." Faith has two services
each Sunday -- an 8:00 am "Spoken Eucharist," and a second service at 10:30
am (9:30 am in the summer) which alternates five liturgies -- Traditional
Holy Communion, Family Service of Word and Thanksgiving (with the Peli-Can Puppet Team), Contemporary Praise, Old Time Gospel Service, and Healing
Services (on occasional 5th Sundays). Chancel Choir, Sunday School "Motion"
Choir and our Praise Band are active. A nursery is provided for the second
service, and Faith is handicap accessible and air-conditioned. Faith
Church uses the new Evangelical Lutheran Worship hymnal.

- The Congregation's "tag" line ("Where the name of Jesus is spoken")
reveals its strongly purpose-driven emphasis on personal and corporate
discipleship, concentrating its spiritual growth energies toward
equipping through learning and ministry through serving.
