The Congregation of Faith Lutheran Church in Montgomeryville is planning for their upcoming Holiday Bazaar.  This year’s Holiday Bazaar will be held on Friday, November 8th (4-8pm) and Saturday, November 9th (9am- 2pm) in our Fellowship Hall.  We would like to include a variety of crafts, home produced items and home business vendors.
 
We will be charging $30 for both days and $20 for one day only.  You will be provided with an 8-foot table space and 2-3 chairs in the main area of our Fellowship Hall.  Set-up will begin at 2:00pm on the opening day of the event.  We will be advertising our Bazaar both in newspapers and on the Internet.  We will include your business name in that advertisement.  We have found that “cash and carry” crafts and gift items work best in our venue.  Very few people will place large orders or book future events.  Our organization will be selling and serving a variety of home-prepared soups, chili, salads, hot dogs and drinks.  We will also be having a raffle table, a gently used jewelry table and a bake sale.  We will be having an “Attic Treasures” sale in a separate area.
 
If you are interested in retaining a spot to showcase your crafts, gifts or home-based business, please fill out the attached information sheet and  send your payment to Faith Lutheran Church, Attention Holiday Bazaar, and P.O. Box 182, Montgomeryville, PA  18936 by October 31, 2024.  Please make checks payable to Faith Lutheran Church with Holiday Bazaar in the memo line.
