June's Social Ministry Project - Fundraiser for Ambassadors Football Ministry
This month for our social ministry project we are raising funds for Ambassadors Football, a national and international ministry with a mission to communicate the good news of Jesus to all people through football (or as we in America say, soccer). In this ministry, the Ambassadors team works with locals to establish and run soccer camps for youth and adults, providing a safe and fun sports environment while also teaching about the love of Jesus.
We’ll kick off our fundraiser on June 2. Rich Mears will be here to speak about the ministry. Then during the Faith Family Picnic after service, we’ll have a fun pick-up game of soccer!
Donations can be dropped in the container in the foyer throughout the month.

Garden Club
If you received any tulip, daffodil or other bulb plants for Easter and do not know what to do with them the Garden Group will take them.
Marty will clean them up and then plant the bulbs at a later date. Please give your donations to Marty Boland or Janet Hill, in the church office.
You may have noticed a garbage can in the Fellowship Hall labeled “Garden Group.” The Garden Group is collecting aluminum cans, tabs and lids. Please rinse out your aluminum and place them in the garbage can. Marty Boland will recycle the aluminum and use the money raised for supplies (i.e. flowers/mulch etc.) to beautify the outside of our church.
